Concept Design is really just a fancy way of saying ‘graphical brainstorming with a splash of artistic flare’!  Conceptual Design is a critical step in the design process, with a purpose to flush-out good, intelligent, and wise site ideas.  Although elementary in the whole school of design, the value of great Conceptual Design is of doctoral worth!
