Construction Documentation, or CD’s, are documents or drawings which compile a set to construct from.  Pretty simple in explanation, but very articulate it nature.  Many years ago, CD’s were more commonly known as blue prints.  Due to the process they were printed, they were really (nearly) white lines on paper rendered blue from a chemical process.  Today’s drawings don’t smell as bad as their odoriferous forefathers.  Good for us!
